APO Janitorial Service understands this and it is our policy to provide a 25% off the entire first monthly billing of a recurring service and share in the additional training and any adjustments needed to routinely and with confidence deliver the service a client expects. We are so confident that our janitorial service will meet or go beyond any expectation that our contracts are written on a month to month basis and not the usual annual. Of course should you prefer we are ready to provide annual contracts upon request. APO Janitorial Service is a licensed and bonded service that will tailor cleaning programs to meet the special needs of our client.
